Did you know that a full moon brightens the night sky only once every 18 - 19 years on Halloweens?
You can string up cobwebs and streamers, arrange skeletons in corners, blow up plastic monsters for the front yard and send your kids out into the wild purple twilight to scrounge for candy donned in their spookiest best but sadly you can't recreate the eerie glow of a full moon on Halloween.
