Dark Passions Events (DPE) is an event group within Secondlife that was established in 2016 when Trick or Treat Lane was hugely successful, which inspired DPE to continue to plan and promote dark fantasy events for the underserved goth community. Since DPE was established it has became a beacon in the dark & spooky circles around the grid. Part of it's success is due to the fact that it doesn't cater to a particular type of personality. Creators bring spooky wares to the Ruby Dust sim with the likeliness to peak the interest of anyone browsing all the dark treasures.

Hunt items can be obtained by hunting for the location of a hidden object shaped ghost for free or you can pay $50L, if you don't want to hunt, to the trick or treat bag nestled on the hay bale to the right of each booth. Every booth offers a seasonally appropriate hunt item. The free hunt item and the paid hunt item are the same treat.
